I purchased this for my mom to wear for the Captain's dance on her cruise and to wear to a wedding. She is a "larger" (Size 12) petite woman, and this dress looks simply AMAZING on her. The fit is absolutely perfect, as the top is slightly stretchy, and the A-line style is very flattering (and forgiving) for her figure. The quality is great as usual (and expected) of the Alex Evenings dresses. This is the fourth Alex Evenings dress I have bought for her, and she has loved every one of them. I ordered literally at least a dozen dresses this time for her to choose from, and she tried on several. Once she saw the color of this and tried it on, she KNEW this was IT.
