I went with this dress mainly because it could be customized. I emailed them with pictures of a few changes I wanted to make and they agreed. The dress arrived today, about 5 days after they shipped it out.The dress feels great to wear. The material is good quality. It's not itchy or rough. A nice material. Anyone who saw the dress thought it cost more than it did.The back zips up, but there are buttons for appearance, and I really like that. I'm really happy with the lace.I measured myself without help (it's super easy) and the dress fits so well! The only issue as another reviewer mentioned is not being able to lift your arms too high above your head. My arms don't feel restricted when down or moving as normal, it's when lifting about 90 degrees, and that's as far as I can go, but I don't really need to lift my arms.Pictures include the petticoat they sent. The back of my dress isn't fully zipped up because I couldn't reach any higher at the moment.I really wanted a modest dress and I was about to give up when I found this company here. I didn't think Amazon was the place for a wedding dress, but it's the only place I trusted, and this company was great to work with. They even sent updates. I am so happy with them.If you actually measure yourself and send them photos of any changes you want to make there shouldn't be a reason you won't be happy with the dress.I will say that when I measured the length I wanted for the dress, I sent an inch longer rather than what i should have sent thinking it wouldn't go to where I wanted it. Well, I shouldn't have done that because I knew I was going to wear flats and I was tripping on it. If I could go back, I probably would have made it two inches shorter! My fault entirely though.Overall, this is a great dress and I was really glad I could have it customized.
